This customer had a faux suede sofa that had become particularly heavily soiled.  An attempt at DIY cleaning had proved unsuccessful and also resulted in what looked like scratch marks on the fabric.

However, careful use of the correct equipment and procedures, enabled the sofa to be successfully restored, as seen in the ‘before and after’ photos below:
