We received a call from a lady who had recently had surgery to her leg.  Unfortunately the wound reopened and began bleeding.  She had managed to make her way to the bathroom, but this resulted in quite a number of blood stains on her Bedroom & Bathroom carpets.

However, careful use of the right equipment and solutions enabled us to remove all the marks, as shown in the ‘before and after’ photos below:
